Because of our different sources, we can offer cost comparisons between various veneers, allowing choice and flexibility to your project. We can also match colour samples with outstanding results.
Hollow Metal Doors and Frames are another area of expertise for Elite Door & Hardware Inc. We fabricate frames, screens and windows of any size(see Project Gallery), as well as modify doors to almost any specification. Our professionals adhere to local fire regulations, follow your custom designs and can provide any non-standard sizes. We also have in-depth technical information relating to frequency of use reports and how to deal with unusual or harsh conditions, ensuring your construction project runs smooth and secure.
Finally, as Architectural Hardware Consultants, we follow a specific step by step list to provide outstanding service to our clients. First, we provide professional consultation services to the owner, architect and/or designer. These meetings establish the budget of the project, the design and function requirements, the building code and handicap requirements, and security access requirements; along with any other discussions that are needed to fully understand what is required. Following these meetings, Elite Door and Hardware Inc. will prepare a detailed hardware and security schedule, which will encompass all items discussed at the consultations, coordinated with the plans and specifications.
After this comes the incorporation phase, where we combine the security access system with the hardware package, while coordinating the specification to section 01600, division 16. Then the finalized detailed schedule will be submitted, along with catalogue cuts and samples (if these are required) for review. Personal attendance to the project will ensure that reviews, modifications and discussions receive prompt attention, and any revisions re-submitted in a new revised schedule in a short time. Lastly, the new schedule is sent to the architect and/or designer for review and approval.
Alternate services can be requested and acquired, should Elite Door and Hardware Inc. not obtain a contract to supply the products specified on the project. We will review all low bids to insure they are in compliance with the specification, review the successful bidders proposed schedule with the architect and/or designer to ensure specification compliance, and if requested, we will supervise any sub contractors to ensure specification compliance, installation consistency and make sure that all other guidelines are strictly adhered to.
